Camp Week 6 (2023)
31-July | Name That Tune, Too
Music makes the world go round…
So why not play our favorite game a second time? As crazy and competitive as any sport, as joyful and exhilarating as any concert, Name That Tune will have the campers humming all the way home.
1-August | Ultimate Relay 2.0
What's bigger than the ultimate?
This. The Ultimate Relay 2.0. Reprising our camp-wide sequential relay, with campers going bonkers rooting for their teammates to kick the PKs, feed the Hungry Hungry Hippos, catch the water balloons, sink the pocket golf shot, sculpt the shaving cream, make the free throws and win the bucket brigade... A summer's worth of excitement crammed into a all-too-short afternoon. Rest up for this one...
2-August | Don't Do This at Home + Tie Dye + Human Car Wash
Our greatest hits week continues…
...with kids being kids to the hundredth power. Often called the MOST FUN DAY EVER! There's so much to do today – Tie Dye, Graffiti Painting, Food Fight, Human Car Wash – that on any normal day, we’d be hard-pressed to squeeze it all in. But this is a normal day for us, and we love the challenge. As always, we’re looking at a wild celebration, one destined to be talked about all year long!

26-July | Disney Day
Who doesn't love Mickey, Simba, Woody, Genie, and Elsa?
In this hundredth year anniversary of Walt Disney signing a contract to create his first cartoons, we'll look back on that legacy...and smush it all up into an animation frenzy, Summer of Fun-style...
27-July | Color Run
Wouldn't it be cool to be a human rainbow?
Our campers will zip through a quintet of stations and emerge covered in all the colors of the rainbow. You'll still be able to recognize them by their brilliant smiles.
31-July | Classic Video Games
No controllers necessary!
The campers get inside the game for our creative take on Pac Man, Space Invaders, Pong, Donkey Kong and others. The Game Thrilla truck will also be dropping by for a visit in the morning. A fan favorite, back by popular demand…

20-July | Calling Kaiis
We observe a strict "no phones" policy!
And then there's long-time camper/coach Kaiis. Always sneaking off to make calls or check his social media. But he's left clues across the campus and we have to collect them to find him and confiscate the contraband. Last summer's hit scavenger hunt will have plenty of twists and surprises along the way. We'll give you a call to tell you how it ends...

12-July | Magnet 500
Drivers, start your engines!
We’ll rev up our Formula Zero Go-Carts and centrifugal trikes and take a victory lap around the track. Looking to break some speed records…
13-July | Jurassic Park
Because what kid doesn't love dinosaurs?
We're so ambitious we'll be ambling through the Triassic and Cretaceous periods, too. A dinosaur extravaganza. We'll fashion our own fossils, eat like cavemen (all right, so they existed over 60 million years apart, let's not get picky), and track those magnificent creatures all over the campus...where they actually probably possibly roamed (before LAUSD put in the blacktop). If you're looking for prehistoric fun, we've got you covered.
14-July | Apocalypse
Our all-day Water War!
It's a full-tilt liquid assault complete with war paint, team challenges, water wrestling, water breathbreaker and enough fun to last till…next Monday. It's one of the great days of this summer…and any summer…

Paint Twister, Pudding Hair Gel, the Flour Pinata - could there be Mud Wrestling? Some kids are dirt-averse, even fastidious about their neatness. And others -- oh boy, is this the day for them! Let's just say, tonight one bath might not be enough. (We always advise parents to bring towels at pick-up. Mostly to keep their cars clean. Today, bring a giant plastic garbage bag. Poke one hole for the head and two for the arms. You can thank us later.)

No better way to get ready for the celebration…
Our colonial Olympics with Paul Revere’s ride, Washington Crossing the Delaware, and the Betsy Ross flag-making contest will keep that patriotic fervor stoked… We’ll also be tie-dying. so make sure the kids have white shirts, socks, pillowcases, anything...or grab one of our white Coast Sports logo shirts for $15…
